10. Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination:
- Your subscription will be canceled (no refund for unused periods)
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data will be available for export for 30 days
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
Termination by CashmateAi
We may terminate your account if:

- • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- • Your account poses security risks to other users
- • You fail to pay applicable fees (after grace period)
- • You repeatedly violate our Acceptable Use Policy
We will provide 30 days notice for non-payment terminations and immediate notice for security or legal violations.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms cease, except those that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limitations, intellectual property rights).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Uruguay.
